This advertisement has been published to inform all interested individuals, who meet the minimum qualifications as prescribed under Rule 6(gha), Sub-rule (1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulation (Amendment Included), 2057, Rule 9, Sub-rule (1), Clause (b), and Sub-rule (6), to submit their applications online via the official online application system of the Commission. It is notified that after paying the required application fee, the personal details and the submitted documents in the online application cannot be modified, amended, or altered. Applicants must ensure their personal details and required documents are correct before submitting the online application. Any discrepancies or errors after submission will hold the applicant personally responsible, and such applications may be canceled by the Commission at any time.

7.  Application Method:

Applications must be submitted online via the official website of the Commission at https://license.tsc.gov.np/. Detailed information on how to submit the application can be found in the user manual available on the License Application Portal of the Commission.

9.  Examination Centers: Districts within the respective provinces. Further details will be published later on the Commission's website.

10. Payment Method for the Application Fee:

Applicants must fill out the form on the Commission's online portal and click "Submit" after verifying that all required documents and details are included. Once verified, click on "Application Submitted Details" and proceed to the "Click here to Pay" option. Choose between "Rastriya Banijya Bank" or "Nepal Bank Limited." After selecting the bank, click "Generate Voucher" and print the voucher. Pay the required fee at the respective bank within the specified time. For online payment, after generating the voucher, click on the "Pay Online" button and choose from Connect IPS, eSewa, or Khalti options. After entering the username and password for the chosen payment method, proceed with the payment. Ensure the payment is successfully completed, and only then the application will be considered submitted. The admit card will be available for viewing and printing after the Commission publishes a notice post the application deadline. Candidates should retain their email, candidate number, and password safely.

11. Deadline for Submitting the Application Fee:

For single payment, print the voucher before 11:59 PM on Ashwin 29, 2081 B.S., and pay the fee at the bank within the next banking hours on Ashwin 30, 2081 B.S. For double-fee submission, print the voucher before 11:59 PM on Kartik 6, 2081 B.S., and complete the payment at the bank within the banking hours on Kartik 7, 2081 B.S.

12. Minimum Required Qualification:

(a) Must be a Nepali citizen.

(b) Should not be disqualified under Rule 6(gha), Sub-rule (1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulation (Amendment Included), 2057.

(c) Must have passed at least the Secondary Education Examination (Class 12 or equivalent) from a recognized educational institution with a minimum of 10 months of education-related training, or have passed the Secondary Education Examination (Class 11 and 12) including at least 200 full marks in education-related subjects.

(d) Applicants with higher qualifications than the prescribed minimum qualification are also eligible to apply.

13. Documents to be Uploaded: Scanned copies of Citizenship Certificate, recent photograph, signature sample, transcript of the minimum required qualification, training certificate, and equivalence certificate (for those who have studied from foreign institutions) must be uploaded in JPEG/JPG format (maximum 200 KB) as specified by the online application system. Any false documents or incorrect details will result in cancellation of the application or teaching license at any time.

14. Additional Information Regarding the Advertisement:

(a) If a person has passed Class 12 or equivalent from a foreign educational institution, they must submit a copy of the equivalence certificate.

(b) According to Section 6(b) of the Teacher License Issuance and Management Procedure, 2080, for a lower secondary level teaching license, the educational qualification and training requirements are as follows:

(1) If a person has studied a total of 200 full marks in education-related subjects in Class 11 or Class 12 or both and has passed the Secondary Education Examination (Class 12), they will be considered to have received the required training.

(2) If the certificate only mentions credit hours or grade points and not the full marks, and if the person has studied two education-related subjects in Class 11 or Class 12 or both, they will be considered trained.

(c) Persons who have passed Class 12 under the special curriculum of the former Higher Secondary Education Council will not be recognized for academic purposes, but only for training purposes, and therefore are not eligible for this advertisement.

(d) As the written examination will be held on the same day and at the same time, candidates must choose the province from which they wish to take the exam. However, a person cannot apply for more than one province.

(e) Applications that are incomplete, do not meet the minimum qualifications, lack required documents, or are submitted with any conditions will not be considered.

(f) The extended deadline with double fee will not be counted for determining the age, educational qualification, and training completion date.

(g) If any person is found to have submitted false details (documents), their application and license will be canceled at any time, and legal action will be taken as per prevailing laws.

(h) Persons with disabilities who cannot write on their own (visually impaired, low vision, or those who cannot use both hands) can request a helper from the Education Development and Coordination Unit of the district where the exam center is located.
